- Indicate which address you are calling about.
- Describe the nature of the repair clearly.
- Indicte the location of the repair ie. kitchen sink, bathroom tub.
- Include a number where you can be reached.
- Indicate whether it is alright for our workmen to enter your unit. If you would like to be present, please be aware that hours of operation are Monday - Friday, from 9am - 4pm.
Please note we will respond to all requests as soon as possible. If your repair request is unclear or incomplete we cannot ensure that the problem will be taken care of in a timely manner.
